These Terms govern your use of Insloom (“Service”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Status

Insloom is currently in waitlist/early access. Features may change without notice. Access may be granted in phases.

2. Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content (documents, website data, knowledge sources, conversations, etc). You grant Insloom permission to store and process such content solely to provide the Service.

4. Usage Limits

Plans may include usage limits (e.g., knowledge sources, messages, conversations). Exceeding limits may require upgrading to a higher plan.

5. Subscription Billing

Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations prevent future billing but do not automatically refund previous charges.

6. Payments

Prices may be displayed in USD or local currency. Taxes may apply depending on region. Payments are processed securely by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. AI Output

AI output may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses prior to use.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use Insloom for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
