Billing & Subscription Disclosure

This disclosure provides full transparency about how Insloom handles billing, subscriptions, and payments. We believe in clear, honest pricing with no surprises.
1. Subscription Plans
Insloom offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Free: $0/month — perfect for trying out Insloom with basic features.
- Pro: $29/month (or $290/year, save 17%) — best for growing businesses.
- Unlimited: $99/month (or $990/year, save 17%) — for large teams with no limits.

2. Automatic Renewal
- All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- You will be charged at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We will attempt to notify you before renewal via email.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges.
- After cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the subscription ends.
4. Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in USD on our website.
- Local currency conversion may apply at checkout based on your location.
- Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added depending on your region and local tax laws.
5. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing cycles.
- Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any material price changes.
- Existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until renewal.
6. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Dodo Payments.
- We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Dodo Payments may appear on your bank/card statement as the billing entity.
7. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times.
- After repeated failures, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
- You can update your payment method at any time through the dashboard.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. We offer full refunds within 3 days of payment.
