Welcome to Insloom ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Avtar Singh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Insloom platform, including our website, web application, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

Insloom provides an AI-powered customer support assistant offered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), including features such as knowledge base ingestion, chat widgets, lead capture, analytics, and administrative dashboards. Features may change or improve over time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to lost or stolen credentials.

Insloom is offered on a subscription basis through recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous charges.

Billing is processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, which may charge applicable taxes (including VAT/GST) based on your location.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable laws or regulations
• send harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• interfere with system integrity or security
• copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service
• mislead users with AI-generated content without supervision

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising AI outputs in contexts where accuracy matters.

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. The Privacy Policy will address data collection, storage, and rights, including GDPR/CCPA where applicable.

Our Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI model inference, payment processing, analytics, and other components. We are not responsible for failures or limitations caused by third-party services beyond our control.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, outages, or disruptions may occur.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for subscriptions, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and any associated data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum total liability for all claims is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months of Service use.

You agree to indemnify and hold Insloom harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
